Ummmmm unless we've been watching completely different games, I don't put any of this on chip.. Foles and sanchez have been horrible.. Shady dancing too much instead of just hitting the hole

Special teams coaches warns the team about a short kickoff, it happens and brad smith runs past it

I'm still 100%.. Davis needs to go though
there have def been questionable play calls cmon now

plus idk if it was davis or chips call to not shake up the secondary prolly both tho

I mean, we know no one is perfect.. But as the coach I'm behind him 100%.. I wouldn't even consider firing him.. Wouldn't even suggest it (and my response was geared towards those who would)

I mean he's said it several times that he leaves the defense to Davis.. But we are kinda limited with aspects of our personnel.. I think throughout the week there are discussions on players and tactics.. I just just think we can get a better defensive coordinator, kinda knew it when we hired him

I see what you're saying. I'm not talking about firing a coach after his 2nd season, just wondering where the fans stand with chip. Hopefully he realizes it takes more than model citizens and ball players with degrees to win in the NFL. I understand he needs smart players to operate in this system but there's no substitution for raw innate talent. If Djack was on such a short leash there's no way B Fletcher should've started as many games as he did this season. Dude should've been benched for "football reasons" as well. Chip was quoted saying he thought his corners could deal with desean, come on man. I still don't think Chip has his ideal roster at the moment but we'll see after season3. I'm optimistic though.

Eagles have to find a way to get Mariota. He knows the system and can come in to compete right away. Trade McCoy, Foles and a first rounder if that's what it takes.

As far as the secondary, cut every single one of them except Jenkins.

I'm really all aboard with this idea. The reason we never won a Super Bowl is because our best QB in franchise history is McNabb. Sometimes you just have to take the leap and go after a QB and figure the rest out later. We're gonna have a lot of cap space next year (especially since a Foles contract extension doesn't seem likely) and we could tighten up the defense through free agency.

After watching how Rex did against Brady today I would really love him here to coach the D. Philly would love him.

Sign a corner (Perrish cox? Tom gamble can tell us what's up.. Or maxwell).. Cut cary.. Don't resign fletcher

We go to the bucs and offer foles, shady and 2 first

Also we should sign one of the following: Jerry Hughes, Brian Orakpo, Jason Worilds, Jabaal Sheard or Pernell McPhee

Keep smith II at ILB and let him develop there

Any of them but Orakpo. Guy is horrible

We really missed Foles. Draft defense heavy next year and give Foles one last time to show his worth and make him earn a contract.

Chip needs to take a step back after all this with his culture wins football games; talent also wins football games

I was big on Davis keeping his job but this 3 game stretch probably did him in IMO; even if you are gonna continue to throw Fletcher out there then you must get him help which he didn't do

Only thing I worry about is if we fire Bill Davis will his replacement want to install a new scheme, we cannot go through a learning process again. We are perfect for a 3-4 just need a damn secondary

No way I'm doing two firsts and mccoy included in a deal...if mariota is all hype that will do the franchise in for like 5 years..they would have to sign Peterson if that's the case....they need to shore up the secondary obviously and draft a qb they can groom and let foles just play out the year...I'm by no means a foles fan but might as well give him a chance one last year

nobody wants McCoy and that contract; this isn't Madden

whoever chip brings in, is going be a 3-4 guy.. vaguely remember some comments he made about preferring the flexibility of that style or something indicating preference to that defensive alignment

I just threw up in my mouth a little reading this:

They’re down … Chip Kelly has got to be tearing his hair out with all the turnovers (35 by the quarterbacks alone in 15 games) and thinking about a totally new depth chart at the position for 2015.

and then there's this one: The Eagles have had two fumble-free games all season.

Why do yall want McCoy gone ? Dude is prolly gonna get 1300 yds in a " down " season ... He is far from the problem.

I jus think it sets a bad precedent if we get him out of town after Desean last year

sanchez was the accident waiting to happen

do not want Jameis .... that dude is a lame ... can't have this man talking like Bill Cosby after every win.

i'm all in for MM8 though.... so much so that I'd be ok with them trading McCoy to get him

I know, I'm being that guy overreacting to a "disappointing" year by Shady... but honestly, he just doesn't look the same... and I'm getting worn out by him always looking for the sideslines ... I want a downfield back that doesn't go backwards 3 yards before deciding to move forward....

he's a RB in a system that is made for RBs.. plus even in a year where we had other guys taking the ball out of his hands quite a bit, he still has 296 carries and 27 receptions with a game to play (and then you have the volume he had last year.. 314 carries and 52 receptions)

if we can convince lovie smith to take him off our hands so we can land mariota, we should do it.. then you have to factor in the money he's making

this better be a big wake up call for Chip

Marcus Smith is still haunting this team; he can't play, he has shown nothing to prove he can play but at the same time he should have been a 3rd round pick at best

Hit the nail on the head drafting him set us back quite a bit. Just a complete waste of a pick ..hell trade up for Ha Ha.

The disappointment when they said his name :x:x
