^exactly.. I don't mind him in a backup role.. and being a good guy to keep around the team

but actually depending on him on the field, hell no.. before the last injury his play wasn't that great.. hell there wasn't any drop off at all when casey and the other dude were out there

#Eagles extend-restructure-lower cap number for DeMeco Ryans' contract. More here: http://po.st/QSGANP

DeMeco Ryans' two-year deal is for $7.5M worth up to $10.5M with $6.25M guaranteed, per NFL source.

DeMeco Ryans got a $2.5 million signing bonus and his 2015 salary is $2M, so his cap number is around $3M. There are incentives, too.

Ryans carried a cap # of $6.9M in 2015 before the extension, so his cap lowered by almost $4M this year.

Nice move with the Demeco contract situation.
Not sure about the Miles Austin news,

As far as kendricks goes, I love what he brings to the team and would hate to see him leave.

ehh I don't hate the Austin signing, it's low risk and if he gets you 30-40 catches as a 4th WR then that is a good

u guys don't think Miles has anything left in the tank from his Cowboys days?

I don't expect him to be the Miles Austin of 2009/2010 but a veteran receiver who can bring you depth and leadership with this young core

I am cool with the signing, it's a 1 year deal, people just want to complain about everything

We'll see how it plays out, but apparently he had no other visits with other teams so many are wondering if there was any real competition in the market for him. If there wasn't, then I wonder why he got the money he got.

Not expecting more than 50 catches..

Safety net, since I think we depend on jordan and huff a ton.. Plus ertz and burton

Most of those are runs from the shotgun formation

And?

The RB is lining up 5 yards from center in both shotgun and if the QB is under center.. Chip doesn't use a FB

Can't remember the number, but shady had an absurd number of runs go for negative or zero yards

And can you blame him I remember vividly the 49ers game how do you expect him to score when the whole defense know you're gonna run from the shotgun .

the whole defense knew we were going to run.. unless we are using a lead blocker, it doesn't matter where the QB is (shotgun or under center).. things with the RB and offensive line are the same, or can be the same

If we're gonna run from the Shotgun then Demarco is a much better fit ..he will hit the hole
think I read some place, demarco and ryans were top 3 per carry out of the shotgun (or top 5 or something)
