well maybe not better as a just a WR but overall he is a solid special teams player which is HUGE when being placed on the practice squad

Yea I agree with Chip having an affinity for dudes who can ace it on STs.
I think Pratt having a year under the belt probably helped him too, maybe Chip looks at the PS as a place for guys to fill roles, not necessarily extended depth for the positions.

yup 100% agree
the good news about this year is we legit had to cut players who could make other 53 man rosters out of camp rather than decide which player was worse and keep them based off need

Looks like either Boykin is coming around slow in Pittsburgh or his 2013 year was an anomaly. If its the latter, I'm trusting Chip with this secondary
