Anyone mess w/ food personality, Eddie Huang?

They probably film some weird porn kinda stuff with the girls. I'd wear a hazmat suit if I ever had to go there.

Mr Huang just had his book tour through Oakland a month back and I am so mad I didn't get to go to his signing and lecture. I do feel Action Bronson sort of stole his thunder in regards to the Vice thing but I guess that is what happens when you focus your energy on a sitcom to let another food personality come in on the same network.

I am sure tons of Asian Americans have said this but Eddie's upbringing is so similar to my own. If it wasn't for that, I'd probably not like the guy.

Action may have stole the thunder as being first to ViceTv, but there shows are night and day in comparison.

Big fan of Action, but I learn something watchin Huang which makes it better.

Bronson, Bourdain, Zimmern, and Huang are my 4 favorite food personalities.

Bourdain gotta be the smartest guy in the room tho :Lol

Bourdain is the goat.

Zimmern is like the pg13 bordain.

Huang is the Deadpool bordain

I never knew about Zimmern's past until he talked about it on an episode. Was addicted to drugs and would steal from people.

Zimmern. I think he was also homeless during that time.

Bourdain was an addict too. To heroin.

I'm surprised bourdain drinks so much but I guess it doesn't make him wanna shoot up.

Eddie Huang is such a hypebeast culture vulture. Can't stomach his show.

Dude was rocking a Hector Lavoe tank top in Vietnam and making references to Killa Cam. What a try-hard clown.

He was wearing a wu wear jacket in the last episode i saw lol.

He rocks sum nice sneakers sumtimes.

If i remember correctly i think bordain said the only time he drinks is on the show.

I've seen his show a couple of times on vice, dude definitely knows his stuff and pays homage to whatever tradition he's speaking on. I respect that.

Maybe you should read or watch what he says about why he loves hip-hop so much. Dude is the furthest thing from a culture vulture. He appreciates and respects it more than you can imagine.

I enjoyed the episode where he went to Sicily. I thought that was pretty entertaining.

Exactly! Whenever people make those comments about Eddie, it's obvious they really don't know anything about him.

He's a little too much sometimes. If that's how he is all the time then ok, he's keepin it one hunnid.

Funny when one of the crew members opened up the big green egg and he flipped out because the roasr duck got ruined. His mom was like relax, that's why we bought extra.

Met him at his book signing. Maybe he was having a bad day but dude yelled at me for being slow to take a picture when the girl in front of me who was by herself asked if I could do her a favor and take a picture for her. When I went up to get my book signed dude didn't even look at me. I tried apologizing to him and he just looks up scribbles in my book and his handler told me to move on. Needless to say his book is still on my desk waiting to be read. Not sure if I'm ever going to. Dude kind of left a bad impression with me.

Kind if the vibe I got from him too.

Surprised to see so many people are annoyed by him, but I get it. Dude has a pretty big personality.

I think Bourdain is the Deadpool Bordain.
Not anymore on his CNN show.

They really tamed him, but it's not a surprise given the network.

Bourdain looks like he's getting bored now

Huang is too cringeworthy

Bizarre Foods >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Wow, sucks to hear this. He comes across as pretty down to earth, but we all have bad days I guess, never know.
