Never seen anybody do less after such a big "Win" than Timothy Bradley.

Serves his *** right for thinkin' he should be making multi-million dollar paydays.

Hopkins truly is a great fighter.  He may not be flashy and exciting but he is pushing 50 as well.  The thing that seperated them last night was pace.  Hopkins made a man 17 years younger slow down and fight at a elderly pace, that's incredible.

yea but thats tavoris cloud for you.

He fights that way, one punch at a time.

Believe me, Hopkins is hand picking the proper opponents to do this against.

10 years ago, wouldnt have mattered, now he has to be very selective

Well said.  His ring generalship has always been top notch and last night was no exception.  His straight right hand was landing flush at a very high clip as well.  I personally would like to see him fight Nathan Cleverly next to unify the titles.  Of course this is contingent upon Cleverly winning his fight next month.  Regardless, Bernard Hopkins is a top 10 middleweight of all time; his resume speaks for itself.

Cloud couldn't execute his game plan

I think everyone can agree that Tavoris Cloud was never anything more than a C-level fighter, but that shouldn't take anything away from what Hopkins did.  He got a decisive victory and made Cloud look like the average fighter that he is.

Before Clouds last couple fights, Pascal vs Cloud was an intriguing matchup. Not so much anymore. This weight division is dead, even more than it was before.

Yep.  I doubt Hopkins will fight Dawson again.  Hopefully Ward has a full recovery from his surgery and eventually moves up to 175 to fight the winner of the Dawson vs. Pascal rematch.

Word on the street is that fight is called off, Pascal wants to pursue Bute instead. The super 6 guys need to move up to make this division a bit more interesting. But I suspect that Ward is waiting for Chavez Jr.

Wow, it would be kind of whack if that fight didn't happen, but I've been waiting for Bute, Abraham, Kessler and Froch to move up for a while, but it has yet to happen.  Ward vs. Chavez Jr. would be good, but last I heard Chavez Jr. wanted a rematch with Sergio.

A couple years ago, I though 175 will be stacked. But Bute, Sillakh, Dawson, Cloud, and Pascal all got humiliated.

Abraham has a belt at 168 that he's still defending. And I thought Pascal already signed to fight Bute?

They're STILL talking rematch? I know I'm not forking over $60 bucks based off ONE round.

Yep.  I'm pretty sure the rematch between Martinez and Chavez Jr. will happen this summer.  I like the idea of having Gennady Golovkin and Daniel Geale meet around the same time, and have the two winners face off later this year.
