they just put them out. not all boxes are marked BGrade. you can tell by the B on the size tag.

I have gotten B-grade AF1 from Riverhead from the hash wall in a non-af1 box. You just need to do some digging but the workers there are very cool about asking questions. I would assume some are on NT since they told me to check here for updates.
