In regards to the TB 3 vs Shadow debate I have TB3s and have Royals and Knicks 1's. The TB3s cracked in 5 wearings (casual no balling) and the 1s are tanks. I was also unimpressed with the tongue on the TB3's they are like the crappiest paper thin leather.... That being said I love 3s just wish that the quality was more on point on the 2011 TB3's they are great looking shoes....
i wish (just like all 3s) that on the TB3 that the blue didnt go all the way to the toe (like the black part on the white cements) and since it doesnt i truly love my shadow 1s so much and they are so clean and sharp that i vote
Shadow 1 > True Blue 3

Yeah, but cracking is something we should all be aware of going into this comparison. We all know the III's are going to crack, thats pretty much a given. Even if they were great quality, the I's would outlast the III's in the long run anyways. Look at OG I's vs OG III's. You can still wear a pair of OG I's.

dude, wore my shadows for the first time the other day. MAJOR creasing WHICH I LOVE! but damn, the leather was so soft I couldn't believe the amount of creases. will post pics...

that's funny cus when I wore mines I have virtually NO creases. might be cus I size down from my regular tts in Nikes to a more fitted and snug fit in Js

they arent that uncomfortable, they arent double stacked zoom air comfy (but what is) but they can be worn for a few hours without any trouble just dont go to disney world with them on

I'm a 10 and my Shadows are a 9. That's why they're uncomfortable. My 9.5 Royals are perfectly comfortable...

I don't get why you guys do this to your feet.  The "I don't want creases" stance is all well and good, but is it worth foot homicide?  I don't think I can go a full size down in any shoe, but I guess it depends on your feet.  I'm right between 11.5/12 so anything smaller than that is a no go.

The Royals actually fit a slight bit bigger IMO. I have both (both bought from a retail store in person) and a 9.5 in the Royals was a perfect snug fit, but a 9.5 in the Shadows hurt a bit.

I concur. 11.5 is perfect in Royals. My Shadows and Black Toes are size 12s and fit the same. Had to off my 11.5 Shadows.

Will have to try on my shadows. My black toes feel the same as my royals and I went TTS on all of my pairs. Love royals but I honestly like my shadows the best since I don't have any of the OG black/reds or banneds.

Dudes who size down just to keep their shoes nice sound like women to me. Sorry.

I don't get why forcefields/sneakershields get so much backlash, but dudes will legit buy the wrong size to try to solve the same issue. Then suffer from pain trying to be "cute"

 Really feminine

At least I can take the forcefield out.

But I'ma let you boys cook :smokin

i dont have an issue with them but they are uncomfortable IMO which is why i dont use them ...

my business partner gave me a set saying "you will buy multiple packs after you try a set for yourself" & they were wierd on every model aside from the xii's & even then it got uncomfortable quick just while walking around in the house

Thats just a personal thing though. If they hurt your feet, then thats what it is. Can't knock that. I have some TTS sneakers that feel much better without them, so I don't use them. Like my black/red IV's/XI. They feel like they're cut smaller than usual so I don't use them. And then on top of they, they're suede and patent leather sneakers so there's no point in using the force fields in the first place.

I usually got a half size up for the force fields, but then again, most shoes I buy a half size up anyway just because certain socks are thick and hurt when I wear a regular 11.

But creasing isn't something so big to me that I have to size down and buy an uncomfortable shoe thats too small. I'll let the shoes crease until the leather tears and just buy a new pair.

My size 12's are a bit tight even with the insoles taken out, and I wear 12s in forces and 12 in V's. I'd .5 to full size up.

My pair just came in.  These are super nice.  Love em!  Fits a tad snug on me, size 12, but it's perfect!

Funny got my other pairs of na 1's my size but had to half size down for this pair because they grabbed my size ,I'm good for a few hours with these on as long as I'm wearing church socks
