I didn' t know that was a question. Are you asking me what i think about it?? I don't know much about Angel* Men in its day I wasnt that into cologne and I kinda refuse to base my opinion off the water downed versions in todays market. I know Stilln and illphillip, maybe a few other have more experience with it.
 
I actually don't have much experience with it. I tried it a while back and didn't care for it much.

I like the flankers MUCH more.

May have to try it again though.

it's an alright cologne; it has nothing on the flankers though, you can try it at any department store so you might wanna test it out for your own liking. A-Men is def different than it was in the late 90's; the current version is more of a niche scent then an every day wearer. Basically just a bunch of winter notes thrown into a bottle.

wearing tobacco oud today, forgot how much I liked it.

I'm also looking for something different for a night out fragrance for the winter if anyone has any suggestions. I have most of the winter heavy hitters recommended here. No real preference for type/style beyond cold weather at night.

Scent was Pure Malt by Thierry Mugler.

The dry down of the regular A*Men is one of the greatest, just a brutal time to get to it with the tar opening. Pure Malt on the other hand is pure sex all the way through. I highly recommend it for bar settings and casual outings at night. Crazy that these have been at Macy's counters for years now and dudes still aint up on it.

Looking for a good summer cologne for every day wear (niche or designer doesn't matter) with good projection and longevity. What do you guys recommend?

I always dismissed it years back because I hated the opening and I gave it another chance 2 months ago

easily became one of my favs.

Yea!!!!!! That's the SAME exact reason I never even bothered to wear it. The initial smell is just

I remember spraying in Nordstrom's maybe like 2009 and instantly going to their bathroom to scrub it off...big mistake :lol:
