This will probably be considered blasphemy in this thread, but I've been test driving Uomo the past few days, and I'm liking it more than DHI. It doesn't have that lipstick smell that DHI has...at least not as much.

it's a great alternative if your not a fan of the signature iris note DHI has. I like it too but DHI is definitely in a class of its own imo

I'm digging uomo. Reminds me a lot of DHI. I was going to do a side by side comparison of the two one day only to realize that I lost my decant of DHI smh can't find it anywhere. I need to go ahead and cop a full bottle.

Baise tonCanape has some for sale. Shoot him a pm. I and many others can vouch for all the dudes that do splits in this thread (baise, unique, and needsomejays are the three that come to mind but there are 2 or 3 others). Transactions are flawless and they often offer some good splits
 
school me on these Splits guys? im new to this but there are a few new smells id like to try out. How can you be sure guys not watering stuff down etc?

I have around 15 of the splits from all 3 that were listed and I have not once thought that the fragrances were not 100% juice... The decants do not spray as heavily as a regular bottle would but that is the only difference

Keyword "might". Who knows though. Gotta go check the notes.

Just checked the notes not bad, not a big difference from the other Flankers though. The only review on fragrantica says that atleast it doesn't have that boiled egg smell, now I'm interested. Future split?

Molecule 01 is an aroma chemical, which are used in virtually all modern fragrances to recreate scents like jasmine or cedar or a host of other familiar olfactory favorites. My thoughts; For the past 6 months or so I have layered every fragrance I've worn with a few sprays from my bottle of Molecule 01. Fragrances that either die down too quick or that usually go unnoticed, get noticed in a big way for hours on in. On its own, i hear its a lot of people's most complimented fragrance, but layered with Aventus, Herod, Dior Homme Intense, or any fragrance it's BANANAS. Iso e super, a chemical compound that's already used heavily in perfumery, 60%+ of Terre d'Hermes is iso e super, a very large percentage of Parfums de Marly Herod contains iso e super, which in its self is used to add more ummph to a fragrance base and prolong longevity, along with melding with one's skin chemistry. I get a cedar heavy fragrance, but the "sillage" scent trail is MONSTROUS, it adds a woody, ambery base to anything it's blended with, but usually stays out of the way and let the other fragrance shine.
