I can't tell if you think that's good or bad haha, but I was satisfied on that turn around! 

So I sprayed it about an hour and a half ago. It started with a fairly strong citrusy opening which I normally don't like but the bergamot and lemon go back and forth and actually create something pretty awesome right away. There's some saltyness in there and after about 2 minutes I thought I might have some problems since I was pretty hungover but even though it was strong, it never became overpowering.  Now it's just a nice salty sea breeze on my skin. 

I'm undecided if I'd wear it frequently it goes from being awesome to just slightly salty/seaweedy and then back again. I'll get some feedback today I'm sure.

Also whoever was asking about coney island - I think if you can handle it on your skin and being so close to you, it comes across really well to other people.  When I spray it on myself though, it really comes across as not something I'd want to sniff all day on myself. It's a good fragrance though.

Sel Marin, I wouldn't wear it in anything less than 80 degrees with minimal clothing on, tanks, sunnys, shorts and sandals. Ya'll probably still got a foot of snow up in T.O. so give it some time.

When I was testing it tho, I was getting whiffs for 10 hrs. Can only imagine in the heat how it will perform.
 
that's a fair point. I hadn't intended to use it until around may, was just anxious to sample it. We had some nice weather but got a bunch more snow yesterday.

There's no denying it's a quality fragrance though. Even though they aren't overly similar, I'd probably prefer to wear this over something like MI on a nice day.

Sucks that not as many people want in on the L'humaniste, I might go take a whiff of that today.

L'humaniste is still pending, someone wanted 30 ml and bottle just to get it ordered.. so we will see.

I had a pretty got batch of M.I. it was good layered with Aventus but on its own.. I didn't care for it.
 
Got a sample of Mont Blanc Legend and I was disappointed... it has a great opening but then turns into A&F Fierce which I can't stand because everyone used to wear that. I can't even walk into an AF store cause they have it pumping through the AC :lol:

I can see why most would like it since I'm sure most of us on here have had Fierce at one point in timetime

Gonna try and get a sample of KC Mankind but no one around me has it...
 
Copped some Mont Blanc Individuel today for $12.99 at Ross

That is a damn steal for this little gem; it's been years since I had a bottle of this stuff

Damn... My Ross and Marshalls never really have anything. Was it for the 50ml? If your getting deals like that please lmk I need that in my collection. If you go back if you can, pick that up for me homie. I would appreciate it.

My Ross gets decent stuff but it goes quick I'll let you know next time I head up there.

How is that pure havane? Is it as sweet smelling as givenchi pi? I'm a sucker for gourmand scents but I can't do too sweet
