Well I never expected Murray to win today as mentioned on Wednesday against the king of RG but surprised how easy it was. Still can't understand the hate for him though.

More importantly, looks like he's very close to full-fitness following his back surgery.  Def. been a positive tournament for him.  Had no points to defend from last year too.

Anyway...

Yes Sinner very happy with his improvement recently (Rome performance and now RG SF) and the extra 720 ranking points. Back up to 5th in the world on Monday. However over 2k ranking points to defend over next three weeks with Queens and Wimbledon. He needs to get back in the top 4 to get the breaks in the draws.

However I'm still surprised at just how easy Nadal beat him yesterday. was not surprised at defeat just the manner of it. I think he needs a coach on board ASAP but it will probably be after Wimbledon now I reckon.

Any way looking forward to the ladies final later today, Hopefully the sweet shop marketing girl wins.

Can't wait for next week with the start of grass tournaments happening less than a hour from me. I'm going to Queens next Saturday and then Wimbledon the first Wednesday. Going to try to get to Eastbourne for the ladies in between as well.
