I was out at club and they played suit and tie followed by pretty much every JT song

Those new songs sound pretty sweet, can't wait for the album versions. And also some of my 2 cents, I feel like this the type of music I thought Usher should have been putting out as he got older, instead of the house/dubstep/electro stuff he's doing now. But hey, glad JT picked a good sound for him to expand his catalog with.
 
After letting my JT stan-ness subside, Suit and Tie is cool. That's it. Nothing special. Not bad either.

But I really hope JT and Timbo have some big guns stashed because it's a tall bill to follow up FS/LS.
 
I know it wouldnt happen no chance but imagine jt drops another album end of year produced by the neptunes.
 
I do love the marketing for this album. JT announces it's coming; drops a single three days later; drops the album in two months. No frills, delays, overly long waits, unnecessary hype.

Of course the fact that he's JT probably prevented the label from delaying/controlling him.
 
I usually don't mind short albums, but dude is coming back from such a long hiatus so it would've been nice to get more than 10 songs. like somewhere between 12-15 would've been ideal. and with short albums there's a small margin for error, so if he's only gonna give us 10 new songs then at least 8 of them have to be QUALITY songs. "Suit & Tie" was just whatever to me, so the other 9 tracks better be great :lol:
 
I wanted this album to fresh when I heard the whole thing aside from 'Suit and Tie' but I gave in and listened to Pusher Love Girl and that sounds pretty damn awesome. :pimp:

Can't wait for this, he's probably my favorite solo artist in the Pop field... just churns out hits every time he drops.
