2014 Chevrolet Corvette [UPDATED]

It's not bad, a bit excessive for my taste, but regardless it's a pretty radical design to some extent, even though the rear reminds me of a Camaro, the overall form somewhat of a 599 and the nose of the Panamera. The frontal view looks pretty mean, I'd pull over if I saw that approaching....

I want to see an updated and more modern interior.

i dont think youll ever see that from chevy.
ferrarri lambos and other high end supercars give you that interior while the demographic that buys corvettes dont care much about interior. and the cheap interior keeps the costs down too.

GM wants to target younger people as customers for the Corvette so they're gonna make interior changes

I think that SRT did a much better job updating their flagship, but overall I really like this new Corvette.
I think that it could use less vent's, but as long as they are all functional they work with the lines of the car.

Nice to see that the base model will squeeze 450HP out of the new 6.2.
Big numbers for a car of this size.

Looks too big IMO.

Maybe it's just the rendering but it looks like it will be rather tall. I like it tho but if its bigger than the C6s Chevy took a step back.

front look like a 350z and the back look like a camero

wonder what kinda numbers its putting down though maybe they upgraded the handling

Although true the biggest complaint about the current C6 Corvette is the interior. I don't think Chevy would make the same mistakes they did with the C6. Look at the new Viper, much better materials and overall interior design.

Plus if Cadillac can do it to the CTS/CTS-V, not sure why Chevy can't make the interior better or more modern? It doesn't even have to be luxurious, just not early 90's-00's style.

that was one of my biggest gripes with the vette, the interior in 2010 was lookin like something from 1995 :x

same goes for the Camaro, interior was down right terrible. one of the worst ever IMO

Most of these are renderings, except the two magazine covers which are real shots. In my opinion it looks very similar to the renderings, and the renderings look awesome to me.

I'm not a huge fan of American cars but I really like the way this car looks. It's a newer, more agressive and refreshing look to the Corvette. Especially the fact that the rear end is completely different now. Definitely took some styling from a Camaro rear end.

I don't know if I love or hate that quad exhaust though.

Thoughts, opinions?

Take the exhaust off and it's an amazing remodel of the cars design over the years.

I think people forget that at the end of the day its still a Chevy ... I doubt GM will ever put an interior that compares to a Cadillac in any cars with bowtie. Thats like expecting Audi level interiors in VWs or BMW quality interior from a Mini.

dont think anyone is expecting an amazing interior to be honest. its a vette, people buy it because of looks, power, and history.

99% sure those who are looking to buy one can give a damn less about the interior. they can make it better though, its not that hard. they dont need to put it on an Audi A8 level but they can do something better.

thats just me though.
