I want to buy a new shoe, recently i was playing in hyperfuse (first release - 2010 i think so) and then in kobe 5. For me both are great but hyperfuses are better fitted, however i heard that kobe 7 are also narrow and fit good. I'm playing as small forward and most important for me is good fit and traction so what would you suggest, and what's with durability of these shoes (I know that it may be a hard question to answer for new hyperfuses). Thanks for answer

I heard that the Kobe 7s were a huge let down in comfortability, and I know that when I used the hyperfuse 2010 and 2011 I really liked them, so I would say play it safe and go with the hyperfuses.

Never owned the hyper fuse but the fact that the majority of people who own the VIIs hate them makes me think the "safe rather than sorry" route should be taken here so go with the hyperfuse

Kobe 7's were one of the worst shoes ever IMO

go with hyperfuse, ive played in the original hyperfuse lows and i LOVED them

Yeah I was goin to say if you still want a low-cut feel because you were considering the VIIs go with the Hyperfuse Lows, I'm sure you can get them for a really great price as well.

Kobe 7's are cut narrow-er than the Hyperfuse 2012's. I tried the Hyperfuse 2012 this weekend and they felt like I could run around in them all day compared to the misery of my wider feet trying to fit in Kobe 7's . . .

if you know / have worn Hyperfuse's before and they fit you well, I'd say stick with them.

Now the current Kobe's? can anyone confirm if they fit the same as the 7's or not?

when it comes to Kobe 7s there is NO comfort period....

I wouldn't say that. The problem with the 7's is that the material is cut way to small and have ZERO give to it, aka constrict your feet to the point where it if just uncomfortable. The soles are actually nice. The ankle strap is unless and is just stupid though IMO. How is it supposed to do anything when it moves with you like a sock lol.

Of those choices I'd o with the fuse

The Hyperfuse is a great all-around reliable shoe. People have generally had mixed opinions on the 7s, so I'd say you can't go wrong with the Fuses.
