CRT is the best for classic gaming though, when you use a flatscreen/hdtv you end up with messed up aspect ratios in the game also light guns won't work with flat screens because of how they display the images. Not a big deal for most people, but a guy with a collection like this is serious about his retro gaming.

there's a point where collecting becomes hoarding or a hobby becomes obsession. I wonder with game collectors do they play all of their games.
