Hyperdunk 2012 and Lebron 9 sizing

This questions is directed towards the people who own both the hyperdunks 2012 and lebron 9 shoes.  Do they run the same size?

Reason I ask is because I currently own the hyperdunks 2012 in size 12 and plan on buying the lebron 9 on-line but they do not accept returns.

i agreed with eastbay fit/sizing suggestions with the hyperdunk 12. they are tts but are a bit narrow on some parts of the shoe. so i went 1/2 size up on the hyperdunk. if you went up 1/2 size on the hyperdunk, i'm assuming you're a size 11.5. then you'll need a size 12 for the lebron ix. if size 12 is your tts, then you'll need size 12.5 for the lebron ix. so pretty much go 1/2 size up from your tts for the lebron ix, because your toes will be hitting the top of the shoes and it's an uncomfortable feeling. hope that helps you.
