how is applebee's still open?

i dont understand why anyone would drive 20 minutes to eat some crappy microwaved food at these places. then people say its because these places are convenient and they dont want to cook. how hard is it really to put something in the oven or on the stove and wait for it to cook? by the time you're done driving to, waiting, eating, then driving back you could've been sitting at home and already eaten an hour earlier.

and how is applebee's "cheap" ? dont their meals cost like 12-15 bucks? thats some expensive cheap food if you ask me. you can go eat at a local non chain restaurant for the same price.
 
 
It's not bad. It's really rest stop food as far as i'm concerned.

Can't believe no one mentioned that line, :lol:. I rarely go to these chains, not really appealing, but have nothing against them when somebody suggests them or wants to go.

:wow: :rofl: i literally laughed out loud, and not just a chuckle. the only thing i would have changed is the ladies name to rhonda. that place is always filled w/ middle aged milfs and going away/retirement/divorce parties.


but yeah applebees is cool for what it is, quick "real" food (as in not pink slime) on the cheap. my only complaint is that every one i have ever been to the service sucked.

Three of my friends worked at the bees while in nursing school and always hooked it up with wings and beers :smokin
 
Made some massive checks at the beez in my day so I can't knock it but...yea I wouldn't **** wit they food or servers...drinks only. Rubys neither lmao. Trust me please

This is why I'm an ******* after they bring me my food. All you hating on Applebees must live in the east coast. Never again will I go to the Apples on 42nd street, NYC.

My food was cold. It was good, but it was cold. My waiter brought me one single refill.

I left a bunch of fake little Obama on the table. So mad.



Now back in Cali. Waiters always bring me like 4-6 refills without me even asking. They bring me my food when it's nice and hot. They actually make eye contact with me when they take my order. Damn I love CA.
 
I feel like this thread was made before

With a title along the lines of "most puzzling question known to man" or something like that

man theres a nightclub next door to my applebees and i kid you not
they have jello shots, and all kinds of ghetto drinks there

cant hate tho; no one competing with their happy hour
me and my boy usually try to go after work on fridays but place is always stupid packed!

Like the ol "you know where we haven't been in forever.....Applebees" "Oh last time we were there it was horrible" "Well we haven't been in over a year it must have gotten better by now"
