:::[Official] [SUPER BOWL XLVII] San Francisco 49ers. vs. Baltimore Ravens @ Mercedez-Benz Superdome

3 tries to get 5 yards in the redzone. Give some credit to the Raven's defense, but if the 49ers ran a couple of plays on the ground there, they might have scored.

I think they would've scored.

Ravens had no answer for Kaepernick's running.

Definitely should've given him or Gore a few shots to run it in, especially with Ngata out.

So happy the Niners lost. **** 'em.

Ya'll SoCal cats stay salty... Ya'll didn't even make the playoffs.. Can't be happy for your brothers from the north?

I don't understand why people are blaming the blackout for the comeback. Acting like only the Ravens went through the blackout and the Niners didn't. As if someone from the Niners went to the back and pulled the plug or something. Come on now.

You do know that the power outage was on the 49ers side, right? You also know the 49ers had no tech equipment to work with during that span, right?

It was a HUGE momentum shift.

The ravens had their foot on the 9ers throat.

9ers were back peddling and looked confused.

That blackout allowed the 9ers to settle and regain composure.

Word. They basically got a 35 minute timeout.

Wow Flacco really killed it all postseason :x :smh: :rolleyes

Definitely didnt see that coming but congrats to him and congrats to the Ravens -___-

Niners :smh:

If the roles were reversed would you feel the same way?

-Still wouldn't give Flacco that HUGE contract but he proved he deserves it.
-Glad Ed Reed and Suggs got theirs. Courtney Upshaw back to back champion
-Anquan Boldin straight bullied the Niners DBs when he had to.
-Say what you will but that blackout did have a major impact.

I think I would. I mean, of course there's always going to be that bias, but everyone is putting so much emphasis on the blackout for the Niners comeback. Yeah, it was essentially a 35 minute time out for the Niners to gain their composure, but didn't the Ravens have just as much time to refine their game plan? It was an unfortunate incident, but people act like the Niners pulled the plug and used some miraculous substance that made them so much better or something. I mean, the Niners just came out of that ready to play and the Ravens weren't. That's like saying, Alicia Keys' performance somehow affected the Niners and they came out slow.

When all the dust settles, the Niners played a great second half, unfortunately, the Ravens' first half was just that much better. The Ravens did it, and Ray Lewis is going out on top like he should. Props to the them for playing their hearts out and pulling out with the W for him and the rest of their team. Nothing but respect.

Sucks to see the niners lose but at least r.lewis got to go out with another ring. Can you guys tell me why the niners didn't just go for a field goal I missed the last quarter so idk what happened?

When the lights came back it was 3rd and 13 that they didn't convert so they punted. Yep, huge momentum shift in the Niners favor there.

Joey Flacco Flame on that possibly 100 mill tho

My best friend argued me up and down that Flacco is so elite now and is in the Elite class of QBs. He wasnt trying to hear when I said that Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady would light his butt up light fireworks on the 4th of July  I still think that Kaepernick is a better all around quarterback when its all said and done.

I just cant be happy for Ray Lewis. I actually don't care that he's retiring. Ive just been tired of his emotional displays all season long. Just leave the game and not make a big scene.

BEST DAY OF MY LIFE

Just got in from being out in downtown Baltimore. It was crazy out there, I've never seen so many people so happy at once. People dancing in the streets, dudes hanging out car windows in 30 degree weather . Cops were mad cool too, pretty much anyone do whatever they wanted.

Yeah i agree but the whole blame can't be put on Crabtree ... he was the only guy on the field making catches ... Vernon made a couple but disappeared sometimes and Moss was a non factor ... and i agree they should have run a fake like the TD against Atlanta and fed Gore the ball not a pass play
I don't see how he gets any blame with out him the game would have been a blowout. He made a big drop but he scored. there was no human who would caught that last TD throw out of bound and 12 feet in the air. If the ball was catchable a he got it he would be the MVP.

Jacoby Jones should have at least won Co MVP .... basically saved the season on a Joe Flacco Hail Mary .... and then has the longest return in NFL history ... and had a crucial TD catch near the end of the 2nd quarter
That TD that Flacco underthrew, but he still manged to juke and jive into the endzone and that kickoff return to start the 2nd half. Def deserved co-MVP at the least

Your upset.

Have a seat at the losers table with the rest of us that didn't win the chip.

Even if you don't want to believe it, that blackout did have an effect.
