Hey guys, I need help ID'ing a particular Nike Shox.

I think they might have been called Turbos of some sort and they were only made for 2 generations.

They had Shox in the back and a clear air bubble in the front.

It may have been Zoom Air or Max Air in the front, I can't remember.

I used to know the name of these, but I am drawing a blank.  They are pretty rare I think.

Shox Ride is what I think you are describing. Shox in the heel, Air Max in the forefoot, there was the first and the 2.

^^Yes, that's the name of them, thank you so much.

They made a 1, 2, and a Plus version.

Seems they are pretty hard to find new nowadays.

Yeah those are really rare and especially with Shox going the way of the dinosaur at Nike. Its a defunct technology.

They are going to stop making Shox, really?  That's a shame.

I've got a pair of NZ 2.0 SI and Turbo VI that I really enjoy.

Those NZ 2.0 SI got that Air Shox tech in them that they used in the Shox Experience 1 and 2, I liked that tech but haven't seen a shoe with it since them. And yeah Nike might continue the Shox Turbo line since they are on the 13th edition but no new basketball or training shoe has been made in years. I think it will be gone soon although there has been no official announcement.

Believe it or not Shox in Australia are huge in the streets, they are equivalent to your "dope boy" kinda shoe here

same with Air Max Plus's aka TN's aka Tuned Airs

If Nike stops selling them in the states I think they will keep seeling them in Europe and Australia lol

I really like my Turbo VI's, but they are going to wear out eventually.

I am thinking about creating a pair on Nike ID before they stop making Shox and just keeping them.
