One of my favorite times in my life was driving from Anchorage to Homer and stopping for fried fish in a bunch of different spots along the way. I had some fried fish type nuggets in some small waterfront town bar while watching the Celtics/Lakers NBA finals game and was mindblown. Easily the most enjoyable simple meal of my life!
