Last year I was having a real off day at the gym. Was benching 255 which I could usually do 10 times. On my 7th rep I got stuck... luckily there were a ton of people at the gym.... WORST feeling in the world. I was so embarrassed. It was weird though, the 6th rep was real easy, and then I got stuck. I've been for 9 years pretty consistently and have NEVER gotten stuck before.

-Happen to me in a Golds Gym, was screaming "Man down, lifter in distress" for like 30 seconds, word to Money Mike. A girl had to helped me out, gym owners found out that I was under 18 and banned me, then a couple days later I sprained my knee real bad and I had to go to rehab. The chick ended up being my therapist.I could see in her eyes she had no respect for me.
