i let my wife choose the name because i would have named him something stupid tryna get too creative. we also wanted his name to begin with a K. son's name is kaleb.

Our son's name is Caleb and people used to always ask us if it was with a "C" or a "K" and I would look at them like

. For some reason I could never imagine Kaleb instead of Caleb

Granted I know a couple guys named Kris and not Chris as well though

Wife and I agreed that I could name the first son and she could name the first daughter. Granted we still make sure that the other person at least likes the name that the other picks as well. I initially wanted to name him Jacob over Caleb, but my grandfather threw the Caleb name out there and the meaning behind it and it sold us both on it.

^I never imagined "Cliff" being spelled as "Kliph" until I met the guy in college.

As far as name picking, my wife was already on that when she was two months pregnant. I just agreed that the choices she narrowed down to, wasn't too crazy or complex.

I know this feel.. we struggled with names the whole way.. we weren't eem sure when he came out 

Had 2 names down to the end.. then we just made it his first and middle name since we couldn't really decide

Yea man. My name is Josh and when he told me who Caleb was and when I read more on it, we had to go with it

Haha, I feel you on that. We were definitely at least going to give him a middle name that was kind of cool. We had decided on Maverick for that too . We didn't do it this time though.....next time

It took 3 years of convincing but I finally got my wife, into buying the name Raiden, for our future son. Having second thoughts now because names with "-iden" are overused

i know an NTer with a son named raiden.

Thanks, PRIME And that's definitely the truth. Seeing my little girl pop out was probably the top most emotional moment of my life. I wouldn't trade that moment for anything and I hope to have a few more when it's all said and done.

they'll never admit it but some of the names my homies throw out there for their daughters names are the same names as famous girls in p0rn. Lol. Bailey, Ariana, Sarah jay, Alina, avena, Tia, I give them the smh when they toss out ideas in front of there girls. Smh.
