Official NT dad thread: can the dads get love

Ya I'm trying to adjust, it's tough.
I can't do the gym right after work. I go home and see my girls first. After I try but sometimes I get home and start doing things for her and there goes my gym time. Still trying to find that balance.
You'll find your balance. All this is new to you and it'll take time to adjust.

My daughter is 13 months old and I'm still learning.

You'll find a way to get your 'me' time...

Prison workout.

I set aside about 10 minutes each day to do pushups & sit-ups with my son. He loves watching me and counting in a silly voice and it gives me a reason to get back in shape because carrying him around all the time is exhausting when your muscles have atrophied!

My man. I mess with burpees daily. Also the local high school and the track/bleachers for cardio. Damb gym b charging an arm & leg for daycare.

Thanks man. I'm just going to keep charging ahead and get it when I can.

This sounds like a great idea. I can still put daddy time in and get some me time. Baby girl is at 15 lbs now and carrying her with 1 arm isn't as easy anymore.

Burpees and mountain climbers it is.

Welp, gotta take a sick day today. My two year old woke up throwin' up a lil bit this morning. Nothing major, no fever either but gotta make sure.

Anybody else's kids watch Puffin Rock on Netflix? Show is pretty cool, daughter loved it instantly

Last 2 days my son been wide awake from like 3am-8am smh. I'm off today, so gonna try to keep him up and awake as much as I can throughout the day

James Luke came into the world on 12/06 at 12:06pm :nthat:

His twin sister, Demitra Leia came 23 minutes later :D

We finally took them home today and it looks like my boy is the type that needs to be held all the time, while my girl is just chillin'. Had to take photos of some props earlier holding my little man in one arm while I let the wife rest up, so I'm going to start having to get creative trying to juggle three kids while I continue to do what I do.

I'm posting this at 1:30am because I've been playing musical crib with these three as when one stops crying, the other one begins. Hopefully they sleep soon because I'm trying to play this Scarif DLC on Battlefront

Congrats man :nthat:...

We thought yesterday was the day, but nope ...

They'll come out when they're damn ready

My first daughter took like 2.5 hours to come out. My wife couldn't have cold cuts while pregnant so she really wanted a fresh sub to be her first meal after delivering. So right before I followed them into the delivery room, I texted my sis for our sandwich orders and prepared to wait about 2 hours. That was 12:04pm

I walk in the delivery room and then bam!, nurse just pulls out a baby real quick and some nurse yelled out 12:06pm. Blew me away  Like I said, second one came out some time later and I was happy the whole delivery time only took less than a half hour this time.

Love the use of Star Wars in their names.

Congrats man. Beautiful children. I have no clue what I would do if I had twins. And you still have time for Battlefront? You deserve the spirit award for sure.

If you think the first one was hard.

1 kid = hard
2 kids = 5x harder

My kids are exactly 2 years apart, his terrible twos started when my daughter was born.
