Nas...top 5 easily.

But I'll be damn if this album doesn't put me to sleep...first month or so it was cool.

I was gonna make this thread.

Never liked this album from the jump and I'm a Nasir stan.

A lot of people are rating LIG but to me it's probably his worst or second worst album.

I didn't think it was that bad.

I agree and im glad this thread was made. I felt like i was tripping because EVERYBODY talk about how much they love it but aside from a few songs (especially daughters) i could do without it.

Loved this album... The different sounds he put together for it really made it a great project. You got the 90's feel with tracks like Loco-Motive & Reach out, you got the jazz influenced tracks like Stay & Cherry Wine, his story telling on A Queens Story & The World is an Addiction, & then you have Trust which sounds like its striaght off I Am...

Plus its such a personal album (especially with Daughters & Bye Baby) so everything he spills out into these tracks was appreciated.

definitely more of a listeners album....nowhere near the apex of his catalogue but still a decent album.

This. Definite headphones album. I didn't feel like any of the songs (production wise) had the punch of a Hustlers, The Flyest, Poppa Was A Playa, or other songs like that, but it was pretty solid throughout. A good comeback type album.

Album is still played. Lyrically, it's refreshing to listen to. He actually has something to say unlike most rappers and that's why NaS is always relevant. Production is what makes this album stand out compared to the rest of his albums.

Deluxe tracks were weak and I wish Trust would have made the album because that song was :x :smokin

I liked this album a lot but I must admit I haven't spun it much since release. That might be on me though.

It's the album that a 39 year old rap legend would make. It's a solid album to me, I wonder what some of you guys were expecting from it.

All of this and Stay is one of the best songs Nas has made in years. The Lyrics and the production was on point on this album.

I love this album. Not better than Illmatic, Lost Tapes, Distant Relatives, and Stillmatic or the intended I Am.. album but the rest is a toss up. So I can see it fitting given the argument.
