Them being icy has nothing to do with it. There's columbias in eBay that haven't yellowed yet. There's also 2000 space jams that haven't yellowed. If you live In the right areas the soles won't yellow as fast cause there's not as much moisture in the air.
IMO if you live up north where the air is usually much drier then down south where there's more humidity them your pair should last longer but I could be wrong.

I'm going to put it like this, no Space Jam has EVER had a blue tint on the soles these do. They are supposed to be straight clear like the DMPs. Also, that patent leather cut on the back is waayyy too high. Don't trust them.

Unauthorized and fake are a distinction without a difference.
To those who think differently, manufacturing of this pair is a crime - it is copyright infringement and a number of other violations. It's no different than if you got all the same materials and made an "authentic" pair at home. ...My grandma can knit you all Coogi sweaters if you'd like.
Years ago, I'd expect more. Nowadays, this is pretty much par for the course.
Great, we have meteorologist in the house. You're right though - them being "icy" is irrelevant (except for the fact that authentic pairs weren't produced with this sole and all). They are fake for myriad other reasons.

So you saying that these fakes are being made in the same factory's that the release day ones are being made from? This is ridiculous people see one blemish and there a fake. To me these are legit everything checks the blueish tint isn't even really blue the only blue I see is on the sides where the pods are and you can see the blue threw the sole from it.

Hate to tell you this, but they are fake as anything ive ever seen. The embeding of the 23 on the box is too light, the carbon fiber is not centered and has the wrong pattern which is a common mistake. And wrong size tag and wrong cut on midsole. But the blue tinting is actually the right shade.

What the heck is grey market? either they legit or not...and in this case they are not. 100% fake. Probably made a few months ago.

Forget about the blue tinted sole. If you have a smartphone, scan the barcode on the box and the shoe too. If the barcode scanner finds the shoe, you have a legit pair. I got a pair of fakes and the scanner couldn't find it, but it found the blue tinted sole.

They have to be legit. I ordered my shoes and got them shipped thru DHL because the seller has to disclose if the shoes are legit or not. I tried to ship a fake pair thru DHL and I got this message "DHL disallows immitations." That's what made me feel confident about buying them. If there's no yellowing stay away from them. There should be yellowing on all space jams now around the pod areas. Look for a seller that has their recipt from where they purchased them to.
