Idk what to think now honestly, she tells now the fking dude who raped her basically said he was messed up and didnt know what he was doing and that should be enough to go to the police but she is just crying and like in a shock state from what I can see being in my position. She says shell tell her mom tomorrow and go to cops but I am just so out of my mind as to why not now and raise hell on the ******g guy. If she doesnt tell her mom I will personally but this is really hurtful along side with other problems I have now that I feel like disappearing right now.

My definition of rape is if she's restrained and dude takes advantage, or she is drugged and it happens. To me it just looks like she got drunk and made a mistake. I hope she doesn't drag dudes name through the mud. I recently saw something like this happen out here where I'm from. Shawty was acting like a ****, got drunk, and got smutted out. Now she's crying rape.

So she talk to the guy after it happen and he said he didn't know what he was doing but she was in the right state of mind? It's not adding up dog.



Isn't it after 24 hrs they can't detect if you was raped?

yeah i agree with you on that definition of rape, but regardless OP is in a bad situation cuz he is halfway across the country and has no clear idea of what happened.

I know your mind's racing at a million miles a minute, but I implore you to think reasonably fam. This doesn't sound like a rape at all. Given the details you've provided, I highly doubt this would even have any legal bearing.

OP, none of us takes any pleasure in telling you that the situation seems fishy. But you came to us to vent and we chimed in the best we could. I know the thought of her lying about some ill **** like this is almost as painful as the though of her being raped. But the story you're presenting us just doesn't suggest the latter of the two cases.

 

In any event, I would just suggest that you log off of your computer, put your phone on airplane mode, do not disturb mode, leave me the **** alone mode, or whatever. Go for a littler drive to clear your head and get your thoughts together. When you're feeling more composed, talk to your girl and ask her to recollect everything. Down to the smallest detail. If it doesn't add up, then you have to decide whether this is something you're going to see through with her, or whether you need to part ways.

 

As others have said, there are some foul people out there and it sucks that you even have to second guess folks, but sometimes you have no choice.

This really innocent girl I was friends with was raped when we were 18 someone slipped her something in her drink,

Dude was this older creep and he had done this before and someone bust thru the door and helped her out of there
