But in this matter, I don't think it applies. For the love of God, the girl wanted to be "sure" first if she did get raped before doing anything.
She was under the influence and took somebody's word for it that she got raped... that to me, is not traumatized.

Honestly this was my worst fear at one point and I did alot of discussion and "drunk training" with my girl. Alot of these "party, too drunk" situations can be avoided usually.
