I'm still lost at how it went from having a drink to completely blacked out.

Was she drugged by dude? Did her meds not mix with alcohol?

This story still doesn't make sense to me. The guy just flat out admitted he did it? I have a hard time believing that.

I'm not gonna act like I know the whole situation and you are obviously a better judge of her character than me but honestly the story is no more clear than when you began this thread. Next thing ya know her clothes are off? You basically already knew all this. I'm not making any judgment on what you should do but it doesn't sit right with me to hear you talk like everything has been resolved when it clearly is still fishy.

And I understand there are any number of reasons a girl who was raped wouldn't go to the cops. But keep in mind, lying or embellishing would be one of those reasons.

I recommend talking to others at the party if possible. Talk to the sister.

It seems to me she's still not fully revealing everything but was willing to tell you and her fam she got raped and somehow get yall all to agree or be fine with her not reporting it to the police.

If she knew as soon as she woke up, upon inspecting herself that sex had occurred, but wasn't sure if it was rape, then that means she wasn't sure if she consented or not. She knew sex happened, but wasn't sure if she had allowed it or not?

Now, if she hadn't been flirting with this guy, talking with him at all in a friendly manner, if she knew she was totally committed to you, how could there be any question if there was consent? How could she have had no involvement with this dude, yet been confused if the sex she had with him was consensual or not? Not saying any of this justifies rape or lets the dude off the hook but I just don't see how there can be any question of consent if there wasn't some type of interaction going between BOTH.
