13.38 Points per game
3.5 Rebounds per game
1.75 Assists per game
2.5 Steals per game
.13 Blocks per game
.5 Turnovers per game


Player B:

12.13 Points per game
6.38 Rebounds per game
2.13 Assists per game
1.38 Steals per game
.63 Blocks per game
2.25 Turnovers per game



Who do you guys think had a better season? We don't have any shooting percentages, but I guess assume everything else was even. If you voted, I'd also appreciate it if you could tell me why you chose the person you did.

hmmm player A way less turnovers and you put blocks down twice for Player B...ima go with player B

I'm big on the guys that do the little things with or without everything else. The hustle plays, the leadership. You can't see a lot of that with stats, but I like player A's steal to turnover ratio better so probably him. And I assume it is 6.38 rebounds per game and not blocks. :lol:
 
whoops. the first one was supposed to be rebounds. i fixed it in the original post.
 
MVP isn't pure stats.   We didn't see the games and have no idea how each player contributed.  One guy could be a leader and lockdown defender while the other is soft and selfish.

which is why i said just assume everything else was even. all we have are these stats really. not that serious...just for bragging rights amongst the two really.

Something should separate the players other than these really close stats.....
 
Player B. Turnovers mean little to me in rec league basketball
This. It wouldn't be a rec league if guys ain't throwing the ball at the score keepers and dribbling of their leg :lol:
