Nike Foamposite 1 Fighter Jets- Young Sneakerheads

So, as we all know, the fighter jets drop this Saturday. Right around the the time of my birthday I was saving to get these. My boy told me that they were only dropping in NY (which is obviously false) So I saw the pink foamposite re-relese and had to jump on it. In the process, blew all the money I've been saving. I'm real pissed at myself for spending it all, cause the fighter jets are a dope *** kick. This then lead me to the question, to all you veteran sneakerheads, when you got in the game young, how did you make money to get the new releases? Pretty good question for me, I don't even consider my self a sneakerhead yet. I only just got in the game. Looking for any advice I can get.

I never got every pair I wanted. Still don't with ad much stuff that drops now, but it came down to copping what was available to me when I had money or exercising some restraint knowing that if I waited I could get something else I wanted more. You gotta live with your purchases sometimes and not expect to get every single pair of kicks that comes out.

how old are you youngster? my advice would be focus on school, prioritize, and get kicks when it's reasonable. Find a part time gig if your parents hold you down, then your $$$ from work can finance your kicks and having a good time but at least pay your own cell phone bill or something to start giving you a sense of responsibility.

It's unfortunate when some spend their last on shoes. Anyone who refers to buying shoes as a "game" or "sneaker head" is a tool.
