I understand rejecting dudes selling mixtapes... They don't know where you live.
But in OP's situation... Ill just throw in a couple bucks to avoid any possible trouble.
Watch you be the dude that tell him to kick rocks and slams the door on him... Next morning you see your car keyed up or wheels stolen.

i remember when i stop to put gas in the hood. as i got off some homeless runs up asking to wash my windows. i told him no. i go in and pay for my gas. when i walk out of the store to go pump my gas. this guy is cleaning my windows then he hits me with "that will be 2 dollars"
