You need to ask for more pics than that. And ask for tagged pics too (always do this). It's hard to tell with just those two pics. Ask for pics of the heel, the bottoms, and a birds eye view of the shoes.

yeah get more detailed pics showing the tonge, heel and soles. From looking at these pics and the material on the tongue( from what I can see) they look legit but of course more pics would comfim it. Also keep in mind they mind crumble from wear....just a FYI
