Nike Free Trainer 5.0 TB (3/28/13)

So...I saw these on Oneness and thought they looked incredible:

They're listed as the PURE PLATINUM REFLECTIVE SILVER Style Number: 579809 001.

But on Nike.com:

Is also Pure Platinum/Reflective Silver-Ice Blue, Style - Color # 579809-001.


I know Nike.com's images suck most of the time, can be washed out or whatever but these look COMPLETELY different from each other. Everywhere else seems to make them look white or maybe a really light grey and black.

Has anyone seen them in person and can give any insight? I'd order from Oneness if that's how they really look but I'd rather get them from Nike.com or somewhere else that I can easily return them to if I don't like them.

Haven't seen them in person but the first picture definitely looks like its got some 3M!! always excited when my shoes have 3M lol.
 
Anyone wondering why Nike isn't promoting these at all? They're pushing the hell out of the new Free Run 5.0s though.

Sidenote: my 2 pairs were delivered today, can't wait to see them when I get home from work. :nthat:
 
Wore my volt/blue pair for the first time tonight, and they were pretty snug. I don't really have wide feet, but i definitely could've done better with a 10.5 instead of a 10. So if you have wide feet or just wanna be cautious, I'd recommend going a half size up. They are really comfortable though. They're so sick in person, the volt looks nothing like what the pics show. It's so much more vivid.

Gonna go out to a few stores tomorrow to look for these shorts to rock with em. If I can't find them I'll just grab them off of NDC :pimp:.

Got mine in the other day. As Nickthestick said, they are a little snug at first, but after wearing them for a bit they fit me TTS. Very comfortable. The volt is so much brighter in person than in the pics.
 
Dillards has both colorways.

Any more info on the Black/Volt colorway? I need a release date.


The Blue/Volt colorway is dope in person. Reminds me of Sprites. Almost copped but I'm gonna wait for the Black/volt
 
Snatched up these "Pure Platinums" NT yesterday. The Pure Platinum color way is shown online with black trim and swoosh for some reason. Might have been a last minute switch.

Thank you for inadvertently answering my question. They look so clean and much better than the white/black catalog/NDC pics.
 
Wow how does Nike post a pic of a shoe that looks COMPLETELY different from the actual shoe? I mean that white/black is not even close to the actual grey shoe.

Saw the all-black ones today... wasn't very impressed.  These things need color! 
 
Not sure how I feel about those N7s. I'll have to see some more pics. I need another pair of these I've already worn my blue/volt and blk/pimento pairs so much :lol:.
 
anyone got on feet pictures of the black/pimento cw? saw and tried on the black pair but like dude above said these need some color.
