I've noticed and i'm sure some of you that can remember when you got your first pair of  og's(well they weren't og's then) j's have noticed this as well. The split between the sneaker heads that want the retro's to re live the moments of when they first bought their originals pairs and the new to the game younger sneaker heads that's copping the kicks for the first time, going off the legacy of the shoes or in this case jordan. Times have changed and the sneaker game has in ways i don't think anyone would have imagine. Now it's camping out, hella long lines, raffles for tickets, and resellers asking for rent and morgage payments for a pair of kicks. I'm not gonna hate on them, cuz the reason they ask is because someone is willing to pay it. I just remember the days where you could walk into footlocker, finishline or where ever and actually ask for the kicks to be held for you and it actually was all good. Now it's a situation where u gotta be hunting down the stores and planning your night and morning around the release dates and try to cop them or it's a wrap. Now I get it you gotta the older heads that might cop one or 2 pairs, then younger cats that cop them a pair and be happy, then you got the dudes that cop mad pairs to straight resell them which to me I think it's messing it up for the real sneaker heads/collectors that really appreciate the shoe, the history behind the shoe etc. and want them because it's a love of the shoe. Don't get me wrong I mean i've sold a pair of kicks before, so i'm not gonna hate on that, I just don't see why some people bring their entire family and friends to a release and buy up most of the sizes that we the real sneaker lovers want/need. That's whack. I was the mall for the fighter jet/jordan release on the 9th. This dude rolled in with a mini van full of his lil sisters, and brothers, and friends and straight copped 20 pairs of the foams. The worst part is that right before they passed out tickets he went and woke them up brought them right up to the line where he was and they all got tickets...now that is wrong...but you guys let me know what ya'll think....
