Thought of it is just really upsetting.

Glad I saw him live numerous times. Most memorable was the game prior to the last game at the Old Stadium. I sat in the bleachers, and watched him warmup. Chilling to see him run out to Enter Sandman.

Real shame that we likely aren't making the playoffs this year for him and now Andy.

Can't say I'm not upset with the way this season panned out, but I definitely have to appreciate that we were in it till the end, something we ourselves didn't expect to happen at seasons start. This team overachieved greatly IMO. Guess it just sucks having a few remaining games that will be played for no purpose.

Wish we went out on a high note for Mo .

And Ichiro isn't terrible. He's just not everyday anymore. I'd like Soriano-Grandy-Gardner with maybe a Beltran as DH and Ichiro probably still gets 100 games with that bunch
