but when my pockets is always net gain, with no kind of worries, da hard parts of life are already being taken care of..right now ya just stuck on particulars.

Know what I mean? You have to take the risk in life and tell yourself that you probably will live for a long time, so it's best to start paving the way for a really good "future life". And if you don't , at least your kids and close family will enjoy your sacrifice of not blowing all your earnings, but rather making it grow.

Jay is not where he is because of his awesome budgeting skills, he's where he is because of his talent and being smart about how and were to invest his money, not by not spending it, :lol: @ you for thinking Jay has not lived..

Of course it doesn't, reason why I said is just as silly to ball out and blow your whole stash....you have to find a middle ground, going around penny pinching depriving yourself of little luxuries, confining yourself to simply work, the block and bed is terrible specially if you don't want to, it makes you a hoarder for money, you just want to hold on to it so bad, not really with any plans in mind...save some and spend some, last year I spent 10k on a 10 day trip to Hawaii, I wouldn't trade those memories for anything, put those 10k back into my account and I will book the vacation all over again...I'm I struggling now?...do I even miss those 10k??..nope!!!

You gotta live, that's the whole point of life, not how much money we stack in a shoe box that we will never spend.

That's the whole point though. Even though it may not be fun, it's what you have to do to secure your success. Do you think staying up nights studying or working is "fun"?

I highly doubt it. But as a man you have to make the most of this "borrowed time" as you can. Too many kids die at such a young age from the whole YOLO mentality you're speaking of. You gotta mature at some point man, and take Ls in your social life so that you can probably get extra work days in or save some extra bucks.

Noone is telling you to stay home every single day of the year. IMO if you aren't a Millionaire, you shouldn't be trying to live a millionaire lifestyle (keyword "trying").

bro i never cosigned a YOLO mentality, what makes you think is either you blow all your money or you save it all?...

you dont secure success by saving every penny you make....do you think a burger king employee that stacks up every check from here till 2020 is successful?....you secure your success by making the right moves to ensure that your cash flow increases, not by holding back on a vacation simply because you rather cultivate that in a savings account, or by riding around in your moms old car in fear of committing to a lease, or counting the days till she moves out to inherit her old apt.....i know all about hard work, last year when i spent 10k on a vacation i was also working a full time and a part time job and did photography on the side, cleared over 130k id say....i earned my vacation.

spending 5-10k on a vacation is NOT living a millionaire lifestyle. :lol:

we did 2 islands, coming all the way from NY that included car rental in both islands, food, activities we did, i really dont think it was that much...
 
I enjoyed the video. I already got the vibe that he was pretty down to Earth based on his posts, but the video gave a better insight into his world sans the Nemo's and birds.

Of course this thread would have shots fired, but its to be expected with a Ninjahood thread.

I wouldn't mind seeing a web series. You were talking about how Washington Heights on MTV wasn't true to the culture of the neighborhood. Maybe you could sprinkle that into your videos to show people what MTV didn't show.
 

Also, some of y'all get real personal on here when its not called for. Its going to take for someone to get their *** handed to them one day for it to stop especially if you're local.

Wanna keep talking about his "mother's situation" and how he aint take care of her off a 15 min vid. Like I said before dudes is clowns.
