Same rules as before. Pick two different numbers between 0-1000. Closest wins. Contest will run for one week until 2/21/13 @ 8PM Eastern. In the event of a tie, lower number wins. Example, if 4 and 6 are guessed, and 5 is the winning number, 4 would win.
Winner will get a secret prize valued at $60. I PM'd Meth what the prize will be, and the winning number.
I really hope the winner will embrace this new NT tradition, and start up #4
