Actually, I remember an interview he did with Marv Albert and he said at the end of every quarter he changed shoes because his feet sweat so bad.

He? Yeah MJ is like "restock those shoes to make the masses happy on my 50th." He's a paid spokesman for the brand. That's all it is. Not to mention restocks are way more likely from retailers other than Nike.

Huh? Yeah, you are pushing comments out your rear. Jordan Brand isn't even a SUBSIDIARY. It's a division of Nike. I'm sure Jordan has Nike stock, but there is nothing to own, so he he doesn't "own a majority" of anything. Please stop while you already are down.

Please don't spark me up for this one! But I always had this question and I see you guys are going back and forth with it. How much control does MJ have over Jordan brand? If he wants to a shoe to retro or not can he say it and they'll take it into consideration or it's set in stone and they'll listen to him? Or if he wants to throw Nike Air on the heel can he do that? Please educate me!

I don't think he cares what retros. It's not as if he can't get whatever he wants for himself. I'm sure if there was a specific shoe he wanted some input on he'd get it, but he's making so much money ($60M a year and growing) that what does it matter to him? We've seen him wearing all the XI PE's in the past year. Right after the Concords dropped he was chillin in low's, almost a statement about how he gets what we all want but can't have.
