liquor thread

sailor jerry is bomb, i hate mixing it though. i **** you not i finished the bottle alone (my friend maybe got a mouthful) on my way to long beach (hour and a half-two hour drive). got me a big buzz, not drunk since i was still functional and i remember the whole night. it crept up on me though, after being in the car the whole time then stepping outside

mos def not. you can def tell the difference between something like burnetts or popovs :x to something like Stoli, hell even though Goose isnt that good you can still tell the difference between that and some plastic bottle abomination.

http://www.russianlife.com/vodka/custrevrank.cfm thats a good list of vodkas reviewed and what most people think is great stuff like Goose and Ciroc are near the bottom. people just fall for their marketing. there are much better vodkas that are cheaper as well.

Im going to try a few of these.

well finally tried some Patron for the first time last weekend and it was not too bad...had back to back shots and kept it down

...yea i know im many years too late but tequila and i dont mix. cant stand it but someone had bought a round so i couldnt turn it down.

Have a glass of blue label or any wine I pick up from the liquor store mostly every day.

Messing with this tonight while watching the cuse game

My wash hi fam know what's good with this

you a sailor jerry vet? i've finished a 5th to myself before. next day was rough... the best spiced run ever though if you aren't rocking with islander rum. then the best is appleton followed by wray and neph overproof. if you wanna black out overproof will do you right.

My go to drink is Coconut Ciroc and Pineapple Juice. Gets the job done every time.

Any of you guys tried this, Glenmorangie whiskey?

I received a bottle as a gift and it was pretty smooth for whiskey.

some variation of whiskey/whisky for me

Bulleit is one of the better bang for your buck bourbons. Makers Mark is also another affordable daily drinker. Blanton's is my mid range Bourbon of choice. Then there is the holy grail, that Pappy Van Winkle. If I feel like burning money, I will order a pour of the Pappy 20 or 23 yr. Hell even the 15 yr is fantastic. Its been about 3 years almost and I still havent been able to find a bottle.

Truth.

My wife got me a bottle of the 15 year for Christmas. I've found it a couple times but it's a needle in a hay stack. Liquor stores around me would tell me they'd be getting 6 bottles sometime in the beginning of November and wished me luck.

I always keep a bottle of Woodford around...

My drink's of choice are:

Manhattan: My dad likes his with Crown Royal I usually use Jack or a Bourbon (Bulliet or Makers)

Gin and Tonic: Good in the summer, I like Tanqueray better than Bombay personally

Martini: Classic, I love olives, switch it up between Bombay or Ketel One depending how drunk I wanna get

Grew up having a lot of my first drinks at home or nice dinners so I never rly got used to using soda or fruity mixtures

Henny,Guinness, red stripe,Heineken, crown royal and ciroc with oj
Anybody try cr maple...what's the verdict???
