How does it look like trash? It's an arcade shooter with amazing visuals. Makes me wanna get all :smokin and play for a couple hours.

We know that it’s only a matter of time before Naughty Dog reveals its first PlayStation 4 title, but the studio hasn’t been able to resist teasing it during a Reddit question and answer session. Quizzed by a user about its thoughts on Sony’s next generation console, Uncharted 3: Drake’s Deception’s lead multiplayer designer Robert Cogburn hinted that there’s an amazing game around the corner.

“If I said anything about what we’re doing right now it wouldn’t be exciting,” he teased. “The PS4 is awesome. It gives us the chance to do a lot of things that we’ve been talking about for some time. You’ll be in awe when you play it.” And now our hype levels are actually through the roof.

Game director Justin Richmond also took a moment to comment on the recent spate of space rumours. Asked if Nathan Drake’s next adventure could take place on a different planet, the developer merely responded, “If only Starlight wasn’t so Savage.” That’s a reference to the in-game comic featured throughout The Last of Us, of course. Grilled again on the rumoured intergalactic title, the luminary added that there’s “not enough space” to talk about it.

Several key members from the first-party outfit recently embarked on a trip to SpaceX, the headquarters of Elon Musk’s private aerospace company in California. It’s not clear whether the firm’s using this as a ruse to cover up what it's really working on, or whether its next game actually will take place among the stars. One thing’s for sure: it’s going to be awesome.

Don't get your hopes up expecting them to reveal & announce their PS4 game next Thursday on Spike TV.

Naughty Dog likes to reveal & announce their new games at the VGA's next month held in LA.

They did for Uncharted 3 and The Last Of Us.

PS Vita Update for PS4 Connectivity is Live

PS4 Link

The PS4 Link app has been added to the PS Vita system’s home screen. With this application, you can use your PS Vita to remotely control a PS4 system, and play a range of PS4 games on your PS Vita screen. When you’re playing a game on PS4 that supports second screen features, you can also display information from that game on your PS Vita and use it as a second screen.

Parental Controls

The Parental Controls application has been added to the home screen. You can now manage the duration of game play, and the use of games and videos that have parental controls. You can also control access to certain areas of the system, including the use of the Internet browser and Location Data.

Photos

ŸA Panoramic Camera setting has been added. You can now take panoramic photos on PS Vita, and look around the photo by using the PS Vita’s built-in motion sensor.

Friends

The application layout for Friends has been improved. There are now four tabs:

Find Player on PSN
Friends
Friend Requests
Players Blocked

Messages

The Group Messaging application name and icon have been changed to Messages. The application layout has also been improved, and you can now send and receive messages with friends and players on PS4 or on mobile devices installed with PlayStation App.

Party

The icon for the Party application has been changed. You can now voice chat and text chat with friends and players on PS4.

Email

You can now sync the contacts saved in your email account from services including Gmail and Yahoo! Mail. To sync your contacts, select Contact List > Options > [CardDAV Settings] > [Add CardDAV Account], and then follow the screens.

Content Manager

You can now use Wi-Fi to connect your PS Vita to a PS3, and transfer data between them. Your PS Vita and PS3 must be connected within the same network.‎ Also, to use this feature, the system software of the PS3 you’re using must be version 4.50 or later.

PS3 Remote Play

The Remote Play application name and icon have been changed to PS3 Remote Play.

Settings

You can now download future system software updates automatically.

Trophies

You can now display Trophies of PS4 software on your PS Vita. Rarity of the trophy cannot be displayed.

You guys feel that it would be a mistake to purchase a Vizio? I want to upgrade from my 32'' to a 42''-46'' TV, but I'm finding that the more popular brands are just out of my price range. Would I do alright looking into getting Vizio? A big deal for me is the bezel size; I'd like it as thin as possible.

What's your budget. Sony make some good gaming TV's with low input lag.
I would stay away from a Vizio if I could.
 
Judging from the game votes.. i should have no problems looking for people to play against in the games i've decided to pick up

We all know GS is known for taking more preorders than they can fulfill my question is are they doing that this year? GS still hasn't said anything about my preorder being confirmed for day 1.. All the time i walk in there and ask an employee dude always replies and said if u preordered u will have it day 1.. Just sounds hard to believe when this is the only GS in a 25 mile radius..

GS also hasn't sent out anything like Amazon to its customers confirming.. Ima be pissed if I don't have mines next Friday..

Maybe I'm just being impatient

Also how does this midnight release work? Are they only giving the consoles to ppl who preordered? Are they putting names on all the systems of ppl who preordered in time for day 1 and hold them for 48 hours till you come pick it up??

Same bro I preordered a bundle online in July before they closed and reopened them again. Haven't heard anything since. We should be good tho.....hopefully they send out something by the end of the week or early next week at the latest

1. Call your Gamestop the Wednesday before the console launches to see what if they are launching midnight

2. If they are doing Group Numbers, they'll ask to start arriving at 10pm to finalize your preorder so that when your in the store you can just walk out

3. Smoke a couple blunts or drink some beers with the homies and talk to somebody in the group before yours so you get a good idea of when to hit the store  

Went through this to pick up GTAV and the new Pokemon/2DS
 
So do we use the same psn name on the ps4? And if so does the friends list transfer? Will it still show names that arent on ps4 yet?
