The only thing that they've put out recently was the ultimate team announcement which showed some of the player stats which look much more accurate than the stats in 2k.

Features halftime and post game show. Also Jalen Rose does a weekly show talking about what's going on in the real NBA and shouting players who do good in NBA Live challenges. He's also doing like a weekly wrap up show show for Dynasty Mode. The game is also gonna have Live season and apparently something similar to Madden Moments. Player ratings are updating literally an hour after each game happens, so if your player is on a cold streak or if he's coming off an injury and playing slower, Live will represent that in the game. I'm leaving out a bunch of information but needless to say I'm picking up this game up around launch.

Prepare to be disappointed. EA lacks the talent to make good B-Ball or Football games. Can you imagine what would have happened if they snatched the NBA license? Ugh.. I shutter to think..

Yeah I hear what your saying but I'm not going into this game expecting to compete with 2k immediately but the devs for this year's game are definitely building a good foundation for the game and from what I hear the game runs pretty smooth and looks better then it did in the trailers. Gameplay wise I think they'll have it completely down by Live 16 if they stick with the devs they have this year.

Live will be fine....always has been when they've released imo. I dont get why everyone seems to hate EA so much tho. Only sports game that gets love from them is FIFA. I think Madden this year is dope. Sure you get those Madden plays that just happen sometimes but its a fun game. Same goes for Live games. They've always been a fun experience for me. To each their own tho

Like I said before, EA lacks the talent to make a good B-Ball or Football game. Madden 25 sucks, and Madden in general has been trash since 06 for the Xbox 360. As for why everyone hates EA? I'll just post these from my own personal experiences.

And like I said despite whatever score/rating you can go find those games are still fun imo and so is Madden. I've personally never seen those things happen when I've played CG Madden except for the running animation but never have they turned around that way when I've played. Plus name a game that doesn't have bugs/strange things happen.......right. Like I said TO ME the games are fun and maybe they just aren't for you. Live has always done things I felt 2K hasn't and that looks to be happening this year as well. At least to an extent to satisfy what I look for in a bball game. Will some write it off simply because they haven't put a game out in a few years and because its EA? Yep.....doesn't change the fact the game will be solid tho

Simply truth is, Madden nor Live cancome close to reproducing the quality of work the 2K series has. Like you said, you find those games fun and I'm glad for you. But you asked a question and I gave you an answer and backed my answer up with proof. Those scores me not mean much to you, but they represent EA's quality to everyone else.
Also, those bugs that you saw - are VERY common in CG Madden. In fact I can post a crap load more, these aren't just random bugs, they happen all the time. I can't say that for 2K or MLB the show.

@Jetpacunlimited My only question tho is if Madden sucks why keep buying it? Is it simply because its the only one on the market? Or do you find some enjoyment from playing it?

Madden has been wack for a few years now. Even on next-gen graphics it looks ok.
Just don't trust Live. They seem to atleast try to make an effort this year but their track record, i won't purchase.
