I was the 1st person to line up at my GS this morning. Got their around 8. By the time it was 10 there was about 50ish people in line. They only took 12 pre orders Was it like this in other states? Just really stoked I got mine I waited in line at the Metreon for about 30 hours just to get my PS3. So happy I don't have to do that again!

I preordered mine on Amazon. Don't wanna deal with the long lines at GameStop. If I get more money you bet I'm going to best buy to stock up and sell some.

Anyways, I called another local GameStop and they said they only had 26 slots for PS4.

Microsoft only had 8. WTF are they trying to do here?

Good luck with the resell. You may get the people who are morons who that didn't preorder on day one, but this generation your going to see more allocated on a weekly basis like the WiiU post launch. Only certain stores like Gamestop, Amazon, and Toys R Us allowed you to preorder the PS3 and Wii last time, everywhere else you had to camp, shows how the game has changed. Wii U had a 60 day window, PS3 and Wii had like 45 day, now its 5 months. 

And there two types of Xbones, the Day One package and the Standard Edition. Amazon just put up the Standard Edition, I think Gamestop will put those up later.

Actually it was the GS employee who got me mad noid yesterday. I called about the PS4 and they said get there early, because they had a line for the XBone. My local GS only did 8 XBone pre orders and guy said there was about 30 people in line, so I didn't want to chance it with the PS4.

I actually pre ordered one on Amazon last night and chose the option for release day shipping, but I'm skeptical they can actually fulfill all the pre orders they received. .

Presumably separate like ps3 and 360 are.

There are very few games that support cross platform online play. And the two that I can think of off top my head both were mmorpgs(PSO, FFXI)

PS3 = Free

PS4 = PS+ to play online. It's $50 for a year, but the perks are def worth it. You can share your PS+ across devices, such as the VITA.

I am way stoked though. Definitely something to look forward to.
