Netflix for Sony games.

You can Rent, Stream, or Buy.

Works on PS3, Vita, tablets, phones, and TV's.

Should be available summer.

I forgot about Sega Channel. I remember wanting Sega Channel so bad as a kid. I never knew anyone who had it.

If you had a Genesis, I would recommend getting Sonic's Genesis Collection for the PS3. It has a lot of dope classic titles like Beyond Oasis, Sonic, Streets of Rage, Vectorman, Phantasy Star, Ristar, Comix Zone, etc. You can probably get it for dirt cheap now. Easy trophies too, if you care about trophies.

Interesting Peripherals from Nyko

Might get that intercooler if it's good.

It's CES time, folks, and that means that Nyko's got a slew of gaming peripherals to show us all. Naturally, next-gen is the order of the day, with the reveal of an Intercooler device that attaches to the rear of your PlayStation 4 to keep it cool. Nyko's also rolling out a PowerPak replacement battery for Sony's DualShock 4 controller that doubles up the standard battery pack with a 1,000mAh cell.

yes sir, it was the absolute truth

my dad came home with it without even asking if I wanted it, I think it came free with the cable we had

has to be the best console add-on of all time

Wow, I definitely thought Sega Channel was a figment of my imagination  Thought it was Nintendo based though.

Man I can't wait to see what this playstation tv service will be like..

I hate that I signed this contract with direct tv it is such a rip off cutting it off as soon as the contract is over

Don't know if this has been asked/answered, on top of the PS Now subscription, will there be an additional fee to stream individual games? I assume there will be, otherwise the game developers would lose out on money if nobody was actually "purchasing" their games.

They did say that there was an individual plan, but a subscription for a "more expansive library".

ITT: We look back at not having Sega Channel as kids in sadness.

My assumption is that there will be a subscription fee for unlimited access to all of the content and a rental fee per game if you aren't subscribed to PS Now. I don't think people would like being charged for access, then charged per game on top of that.

As far as publishers making money. There's probably a way to compensate or make it worthwhile to them for having their content in the library. I never expected PS+ to have as many third party games up for free as it does. All of the games demonstrated so far have been first party games. Having access to major third party games like Metal Gear Solid 4 and GTA V would be huge though.

Y'all dudes ain't had sega channel back in the day?

I ain't iYen had nintendo in my house.

Had to walk a couple blocks just to play that at my friend's house.
