I've probably played through FF VII about 10 times.  I remember my first and only time beating Ruby Weapon.  He sucked up Cloud and my other character, left me with cait sith.  Got a limit break, and got the slots that do insta-death on him.  I was like WHAAAAA!


When i first played VIII, the graphics were amazing! I thought this is the same system that played VII?  VII looks terrible compared to VIII

Square was the king of pre-rendered backgrounds.

I guess I'm the only one that didn't care much for IX? I thought VIII and VII was better, hell I even like X slightly better than IX, well no, I take that back IX was better than X, I thought Tidus was poor and a *****.

EDIT: I see Chris mentioned Crisis Core, LOVED THAT. I think I'm gonna fire it up, totally forgot I had it

Making me sad just thinking about it and how little we have seen in the past 10 years. I know I am probably forgetting like a dozen too. And there are the games I completely forgot playing as a kid.

I loved the dark cloud games...they need to come out with more for ps4

Level-5 make good JRPG's. Dark Cloud, Rogue Galaxy, DQVIII, Ni No Kuni, and to a lesser extent, White Knight Chronicles.

That Wonder Flick game looks like doodoo though. I don't understand how it's a tablet game AND a PS4 game.

im getting ready to cop my ps4 now that infamous is about to come out soon. however, does anyone know if theyre going to do a bundle with it or not? i would HATE to buy the system and the game separately then find out they came packaged together for a little less.

also final fantasy X is king. no disputes. Fallout 3 and new vegas were easily the best rpg's ive played since ff10. LOVE them! im ready for a new fallout game actually.

There was talks back in November about them doing one, I haven't seen anything recently but I wouldn't doubt it, you migth hear something soon maybe, I would think.

Shining Force II as well. If you get Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection for PS3, Shining Force I and II, Shining in the Darkness, the Phantasy Star games, and Beyond Oasis are all on there. It can be had for dirt cheap now.

There's some great beat 'em ups and platformers on there too like the OG Sonic trilogy, Vectorman, Ristar, Streets of Rage, Comix Zone, Shinobi series, ESWAT, Dynamite Headdy, etc.

Don't think the PS4 will have a game I want until Destiny. Even then I am not sure if I want that. Why can't we have Titanfall or at least PS4 GT6.

I have come to the conclusion that I just dont have what it takes to pull all nighters. I was so eager to pick up Castlevania and Tales of Symphonia last night, I went to midnight release came home and literally played Tales for 10 minutes

 I am at work and although I feel fine I know in the next few hours I will be tired as hell. I used to be able to stay up playing Gears 2 all night and go straight to work, no breaks. No more midnight releases for me, unless I have the following day off
