The Old PlayStation Thread | *NEW THREAD IS UP*

Lmfao at the Titanfall salt. Yes the game is AMAZING. EA isn't kicking them selves that it's exclusive like you want them to be. And Your really excited about PYRO! ?!?? LOL

Lmao COD with robots...

Ahahahahaha... The salt is thick.

I dont know if it would be thick so much as it would be larger pieces. Say, raw salt, or a salt lick.

Titanfall is a great game. Halo is a great game. Im not playing 10 FPS a year though.

Ill be seriously interested when they can offer anything else.

I mean it's comical. Like the made up stories. . Oh yea the few people who have an Xbox One at my job said it's OK.. lol like bruh.. GET OVER IT

I don't know why you even bother

Might as well just scroll past it and continue to enjoy what both consoles have to offer.

Killzone looks amazing.
How good are ac4's graphics when compared to killzone or cod?

For real? Stop trolling dude. You didn't even directly quote me yet quoted me

Nobody talked about it like it was the greatest game of all time. I'm sure it's dope, but I will gladly take the amazing single player games sony consistently puts out over one game that's multiplayer only.

Go back to the xbox thread.

AC4 looks good. I've been playing it lately. It's not jaw dropping by any means. IMO it doesnt feel next gen, but still looks good. I couldn't play KZ because the game itself wasn't that good to me, but KZ definitely looked better.

Tomb Raider on the other hand :smokin both in graphics and gameplay.

Adam Boyes needs to chill with these shots. :smh:

Sony Exec Teases Microsoft over Xbox Policy
Just some friendly competition?
by Evan Campbell MARCH 13, 2014
Adam Boyes, vice president of publisher and developer relations at Sony, threw a jab at Microsoft on Twitter earlier this week while boasting about PlayStation's game policies.

"In the interest of transparency, I want to share our dev clause that lists which platforms you cannot release on," wrote Boyes, adding a picture that basically shows a blank page. The Sony executive was obviously ribbing Microsoft, which has publicly been criticized by developers of its policy of launch parity on Xbox One for a game to release on the system.

Recently, Microsoft has been trying to show that it's just as friendly to developers (especially indies), announcing last month that 65 studios have signed on with the ID@Xbox program.

As for the immediate future, Sony and Microsoft look to have big plans for GDC next week. Phil Spencer, corporate vice president of Microsoft Game Studios, said that people can expect some ID@Xbox games at the event, while rumors suggest Sony might unveil a VR headset.

For more on GDC, stay tuned right here to IGN.

You get paid for this?

In all honesty being an xbox guy with a ps4 I think ps4 will blow things away in a good way with the order &
After that there is no more looking back . I mean titanfall compared to infamous is
A bad head to head comp with exclusives because titanfall easily blows infamous away and easily makes titanfall & xbox one the top dogs as of now

Not sure how TF blows Infamous out the water considering they're totally different games, not even same genre. I have TF and IMO its a good game, nothing revolutionary about it though. Maybe I'm just burnt out on shooters but it's not some sort of CoD/BF killer. While many people actually enjoy TF and genuinely think it's the best thing since sliced bread, there are several others who hype it up since there aren't any other next gen shooters aside from Killzone which has a boring MP IMO, CoD and BF4 were last gen.

Plat'd Lightning Returns in just under 60 hours. A fun platinum... not difficult at all. Just a little time consuming.

from a pure performance standpoint, I think the PS4 kills the XB1 and I have both. Same thing goes for the PS3 vs XBox360 IMO and I had both of those too.

For exclusives, Xbox wins multiplayer and PS wins single player. Feels like MS is more concerned with having an exclusive MP franchise as evidence by Halo, Gears of War, and now Titan Fall. I cant remember its last hit single player exclusive other than Fable and Splinter Cell which both fizzled out.

As far as Titan Fall vs Infamous goes... 2 different flavors so its hard to compare. I do think Titan Fall >>>> Killzone tho.

In terms of numbers I think Titan Fall will definitely sell more than Infamous, which I'm assuming that's what we mean by "blow away". FPS multiplayer games always seem to have a bigger audience, especially the way it was hyped up and from what I've heard so far it's holding up. Then again sales might be close simply on the fact that there are a lot more PS4s out there than there XB1.

Anyway, all my friends are playing Dark Souls 2 and each one of them says it's amazing....

I honestly don't think it's a fair comparison but of course fanboys will compare them anyway.

I fully expect Infamous to be great and not just for it's visuals. The first two games surprisingly good. My only complaint about the first two is they need more of a variety with the side missions.
