I'm Canadian and I already voiced my displeasure earlier in this thread. Inflation isn't only effecting the price of games and the PS4. We struggling. You guys need to start buying some maple syrup or something.

Here's a question. Why isn't Sony "dirty" for raising it prices on it consumers in Canada? Not only on all hardware but also first party games? Hell if MS did this, this thread would be all over it. Anyone care to explain? THIS is the exact same kind of arrogance that got them left behind last gen.

Not really, I still rock with Sony but this is why I'll never be 100% pro Sony. The arrogance is sickening at times.

This I can understand, but it wasn't a retailer decision. It was Sony's. That is whats so odd to me.

Last month there was a similar price increase on the games for the rival Xbox One, moving from $59.99 to $64.99. That said, a representative at Microsoft said there are currently no planned announcements for a similar price increase on the Xbox One console itself, which is now set at $499.99.

MS also increased their game prices but obviously they cannot afford to increase the price of the XBone itself and have been doing the opposite in order to stay competitive.

The same thing hapened in Chile. Sony can't afford to take a heavy loss like they did with the PS3.

Any of you guys played Bioshock Infinite? I found it for $15 at a local store, and am considering grabbing it to play. I havent played any of the previous ones.

But yeah, if it's already off the PS+ free offer, then I, personally, would pay $15 for it. I haven't played any of the previous ones either but still enjoyed it. I believe they do use references of the old ones though but I just looked those up after I finished.

I saw a eBay listing of Infamous SS, where the seller guaranteed early release ... those who did purchase did actually received the game yesterday.

Now I see a lot of twitch streams being banned for streaming the game early ...kinda salty I was skeptical.

So i read last page that MG GZ can be beat in 35 min. Is that true? I was thinking about purchasing it right now but if the game is so short, why bother.


Edit: Looks like it. If you go through it quick, under 1 hour. If you take your time, side missions, 4 hours.

No way, didn't you listen to what Jetpac said? It's because Sony is "sickeningly" arrogant and it's this same mentality that caused the PS3 to outsell the 360 worldwide. But he still rocks with Sony so we should all be good for now.
