Yea I'm thinking that's the reason too. I don't compare the 2. I'm really enjoying watchdogs for what it is. Only thing I really don't like is the driving.

Yeah the driving isn't all that great, but you'll get use to it. The story and side missions are pretty good though.

Yo, these PS4 controllers are the WORSE. Everything from the grips rubbing off, to it not connect, to it not even being able to move using the analogs... Been thru 3 sticks and I only play the thing a couple of hours out the week 
Really on the fence about dumping this for the Xbox One.

Also, maybe you just have bad luck. I got my ps4 months ago and i dont have a single sign of wear on my controller and I play it nearly every day for hours. Nobody has complained about their sticks in a while. As many problems as you have it sounds like you got 3 lemons.

agreed. both of my ps4 controllers are just fine.

The rubber is off both of my controllers sticks but it doesn't even bother me.
Everything else is perfect though. And I've been logging in major hours on a few games.
I'm getting that Blue joint when Destiny drops. Seen more pics and I think it looks nice.
Destiny is probably my next ps4 game too. Nothing else really dropping that I want from now til then.

weird i've had no problems with my controllers and ive had mine since launch. wasnt soNY replacing them at one point?

No issues at all with my controllers. Picking up two more when the white and blue ones drop.
