My very first game was Battle Arena Toshiden as well. It was my brothers ps1 back in like 95. Dang I'm old. I was 10. When I got mines my first game purchased was Gex enter the Gecko lmao I loved that game.

First one I owned was NCAA 98 (Danny Wuerffel on the cover) it was the last system my parents ever bought me. Pretty sure it was the last video game they ever bought me period.

I think my first PS game was Crash Bandicoot. I can't remember my first PS2 game, but my first PS3 game was Call of Duty I believe.

Got my PSX as a gift from my grandma in 98. Paid my friend's uncle $30 and immediatelyinstalled a modchip so that I could play pirated games .
Bought retail copy of Spyro, and my friend burnt X-Men vs Street Fighter and Cool Boarders 2 for me. The OG Spyro still remains as my fav platformer of all time.
Dad bought me a PS2 summer of 2001. installed a modchip on my PS2 a week later. I don't think I spent a single penny on a single PS2 game. My friends were burning hordes of games left and right from torrents and rentals onto blank DVDs. First games I had were Street Fighter EX3, Capcom vs SNK 2, and Devil May Cry.

Anybody hear about Crytek UK recently? Apparently they haven't been getting paid and they've stopped working. Weren't these the guys who used to be Free Radical that made TimeSplitters? That also used to be at Rare and made GoldenEye on the N64?
Homefront: The Revolution was actually looking pretty nice. Sony should holler at these guys. TimeSplitters 4 for the PS4.
