with your tlou preorder.

To all the trophy hunters out there, does the the digital version of Walking Dead support platinum trophies? I read you had to buy the physical copy to get the platinum. I was going to cop season 1 for the Vita since I haven't played any Telltale games but I want that platinum

Even though i already played TLOU on PS3, I can't wait for Tuesday to replay it on PS4. Only having to pay 5 for it after trading in Watch Dogs for 35 and having 10 in certificates. Oh and I only paid 35 for Watch Dogs, so basically played it for free. :smokin

my prayers have been answered thank you ps gods. Im gonna grab a vita in a couple of weeks to play at work. I wonder how much data it hogs.
dope if you could remember me man and let me know how it plays I would appreciate that.

Logged in during todays time period with my vita, ran pretty well. Ended up using an hotspot from iPad 4G network. The free WiFi here sucked and was too bad a connection. But was able to run around tower and do some missions and one public event on the exploration map. Looked smooth more than not, but you could tell when connection was slower as the game would pixelalte the same way streaming videos do. Some lag when aiming but I think that was because I was connecton had to go from vita through iPad to Verizon to psn to my ps4 and back. Wasn't an issue vs AI but I wouldn't try multiplayer with it. Controls were adjusted nicely for vita just had to get used to it.

Yo, I don't mean to hijack this thread, but I plan on copping my PS4 very soon, and there are very mayn games that I thought would be amazing but I ended up totally not giving a **** about, including Watch Dogs and Infamous.

I'm getting 2K for sure just for something arcadey to have fun with, but can someone school me on what the **** is going to be so great about Destiny?

It's made by Bungie, great. But I'm seriously trying to learn about the game and Wikipedia is not really helping.

Is this an open-world FPS RPG? Or is this a standard MMO? If this is an MMO it might seriously affect whether or not I purchase because Sony wanna charge for PSN this gen

What about it is captivating and great? I've seen gameplay on Youtube but obviously this sort of thing can't be gauged by videos. I guess it doesn't help that I'm not really a huge FPS fan like most gamers, but I am open to trying this.

Someone school me on Destiny

Do you not have access to a PS3 or 360? You can d/l the beta right now for free.

It's not a true MMO in that you pay a subscription fee. You can either solo through the single player, or co-op it. There are several areas where missions take place. Each planet/satellite has several missions take place on it, while you can also free-roam those areas outside of the story.

MP is basically Halo with several tweaks. Someone will probably scream through tears that it's not Halo but they can kick rocks.

It's an FPS first and foremost, with Borderlands-like looting and co-op, with an MMO type atmosphere (other players being seen in your world; events that pop up that all can participate in) that relies on RPG leveling, upgrades, ect.

They are doing what COD did with adding RPG elements to FPS, but throwing in the online community of an MMO.

It's fun, it's not for everyone, and it's not perfect. But you will see this thing blow up come September. Alot of my casual friends are HOOKED on the beta to the point I cant leave their fire teams to run with NT; they are always on.

The captivating thing is how much there is to do. Alot of hardcore FPS fans dont bother with SP, but I think that changes with this game.

Best way to describe it is that it's an FPS with MMO/RPG elements, but it also has your standard shooter affair such as competitive multiplayer. Id say, that it's a mix between Halo & Borderlands. You really have to play it to fully experience it, before the Alpha, I wasn't even thinking about buying it, now I'd say I'm pretty addicted.
