I was planning on getting Evolve too.

Batman: Arkham Knight, The Witcher 3, The Order: 1886, and Evolve are all early 2015 now. They didn't really spread out as much as they are all coming out close together later. My wallet still isn't ready. It'll be a little more ready though.

If you don't mind 16-bit graphics, cop Chrono Trigger.

Chrono Trigger has to be on that list as well.

If you even remotely like Strategy RPG's, FF Tactics is the best to ever do it. 

Those two, along with the three @CenTex HOGG listed are five of the greatest games ever made.

Yea I've heard great things about Chrono Trigger. Unfortunately, I have not beat it so I didn't want to give a recommendation on it. Tactics is another one I hear good things about but personally I don't care for strategy based games. Best thing about any of those titles are that they offer at least 40 hours (if you're not familiar with them already) of gameplay. That's gives a lot of you guys something to play while you wait for Destiny, CoD, GTA V etc.

I've been completely out of the loop. I'm considering picking up a PS4 soon to play TLOU (again, I beat it on PS3 but I miss it) and Destiny (looks really interesting).

Did the Destiny demo have the same mechanics/feel as Halo? If so, I'll delay my purchase until MGS5 comes out, cause I can't stand Halo

It felt as smooth as cod. I'm not into Halo. If I were to have played Destiny without knowing that Bungie created it, I would have said "Bungie created thist?"

Not crazy about FPS. Favorite FPS has to be MW2 followed by CS. MW2 was fun as hell.
